1.2.1 Petrol trolley to ADR 1.1.3.1 c)

In accordance with ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (called the
"craftsman regulation" in Germany), hazardous
goods may also be transported using containers
without ADR approval.
The following apply to containers in accordance

To prevent flames passing into the tank, the
filling pipe is fitted with two flame arresters (with
KITO
arrester elements). These have channels
®
through which gas-air and vapour-air mixes
can flow, thus preventing flames (atmospheric
deflagration) from passing into the tank.
The filling pipe is EC type tested in accordance
with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and approved to
EN ISO 16852 for materials in explosion group
IIA (including gasoline up to E90). The filling pipe
is identified as a protection system for
and for all other required specifications.
