2.1

General safety

Only connect the device as follows:
– With the supplied power cable to the 100-240 V AC mains
– With the 12 V cable supplied to a 12 V socket
Never pull the mains adapter out of the socket by the cable.
If the connection cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord
or assembly available from the manufacturer or service agent.
Do not operate the device if it is visibly damaged.
Dispose of the batteries/rechargeable batteries in a suitable manner.
This device may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Inadequate
repairs can lead to considerable hazards.
Pull out the connection cable:
– Before cleaning and maintenance
– After use
Ensure that the ventilation slots are not covered.
Caution! Danger of injury!
Batteries contain aggressive and caustic acids. Avoid battery fluid coming
into contact with your body. If your skin does come into contact with
battery fluid, wash the part of your body in question thoroughly with water.
Persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge prevent them from using
the freezer safely should not use this appliance without initial supervision
or instruction by a responsible person.
