Exchanging the Upholstery

Removing the backrest upholstery:
The backrest upholstery is fitted with eight studs.
ATTENTION
Loosen the studs individually, starting from the top
and moving round.
Attaching the backrest upholstery:
Align the upholstery with the studs on the chair.
Hold the backrest and upholstery at the top with both
hands and press the upper two studs together until they
audibly snap into place.
Then press the rest of the studs together simultane-
ously in pairs (left and right).
Removing the seat upholstery:
To remove the seat upholstery, loosen the three studs at
the back and then simply pull the upholstery off.
Attaching the seat upholstery:
Push the seat upholstery over the three tabs (1) up to the
stop.
Hold the seat and upholstery at the back in the middle
with both hands and snap the middle stud (2) audibly into
place (use both thumbs).
Then press the two outer studs (3) together in the same
way.
Pneumatic Spring
The pneumatic spring does not require any mainte-
nance.
WARNING
Only trained service technicians may work on or ex-
change the pneumatic spring!
