4.3. Accessory socket

If you would like to use an Albrecht headset with angle
plug, make sure that the angle shows to the left side.
Otherwise it might interfer with the units antenna.

5. Charging the battery

1) Plug the wall adaptor into the AC power outlet or plug the USB cable into the P/C or any other
USB port.
2) Connect the USB Charging cable with the USB Type-C jack of the unit.
3) Charge the radio. It will take 3 to 5 hours for full charging.

6. Basic Operations

6.1. Power On / Off

To turn the radio on, press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds.
To turn the radio off, press the button for 2 seconds again.

6.2. Adjusting the Radio Volume

Adjust the volume level by using the Up/Down keys. There are 8 volume levels available.

6.3. Transmission

To transmit, check the channel and make sure it is vacant.
1) To transmit, press and hold the PTT button and speak into the microphone with a normal voice.
2) To return to receiving mode, release the PTT button.

6.4. Channel Selection

Press the Menu button for 2 seconds until the current channel number is blinking.
Select a channel number by pressing the Up/Down keys and confi rm it by pressing the PTT button.

6.5. Key Lock

Press the Key Lock button (F) for about 2 seconds to activate the key lock.
To unlock the radio again, press the button again for 2 seconds
