- open the knob of the steam
- the steam will come out from the lower part of the steam nozzle
to obtain a cappuccino with creamy froth, we suggest to use a high and
thin vessel filled in with milk just for half part. after that, dip the
steam nozzle for around 2-3 cm in the milk and open the knob, the milk
will start whipping if you want just to warm up the milk, dip the steam
nozzle to the bottom of the container and open the knob. when you have
reached the wanted temperature close the knob
! to avoid scalds, do not go too near to the steam
