Operation with Elektror Basic Parameterisation
Before the first and any subsequent start-up of the unit, carefully check that it is in a proper condition. Units that show evi-
dence of damage must not be operated.
Omron RX converters that are pre-parameterised at the factory by Elektror are
configured in such a way that the controls and speed are easy to adjust
via the control panel:
• Start/Stop with the „FWDRun" + „Stop/Reset" buttons on the control panel
• Maximum frequency = motor rated frequency
• Indication of the current rotary field frequency on the display
• Winding temperature monitoring via the PTC resistor or temperature
sensor evaluation with automatic safety shut-off (TRIP)
• Relay contact switches in the event of an alarm (TRIP)
• Setpoint value = motor rated frequency (parameter F001)
• The setpoint value can be changed on the control panel (parameter (F001)

• After pressing the button
error message is active and a setpoint value > 0 Hz is logged in parameter F001. The impeller will then accelerate
according to the programmed run-up time on the setpoint value logged in parameter F001.
NOTE!
Some of the Omron parameters can only be changed / saved when the unit is stopped and the shaft is
stationary.
Indicator lights on the control panel:
POWER: Converter power supply OK
RUN: Converter output or motor is switched on
ALARM:
Error. An error code is also indicated on the display
KEY ENABLED: Start is possible via the „FWD RUN" control panel button
Press 2x
If necessary, press several times until the illustrated display
is shown
If necessary, press several times until the cursor appears in
the parameter number
Adjust the parameter number (F001 = frequency setpoint value)
Cursor will change to the parameter value
Set the output frequency - setpoint value, e.g. 4.00 Hz
Adjusted setpoint value will be saved; cursor will move back to the parameter number
Cursor will be switched off
the unit will start up provided that all other switch-on conditions are met, no
