Replacing the plug fuse

7 Replacing the plug fuse
➤ Pull the adapter sleeve (see fig. 6 4, page 4) off of the plug.
➤ Unscrew the two screws (see fig. 6 5, page 4) of the upper half of the
housing (see fig. 6 1, page 4).
➤ Carefully lift the upper half of the housing off of the lower (see fig. 6 6,
page 4) half.
➤ Take out the contact pin (see fig. 6 3, page 4).
➤ Replace the defective fuse (see fig. 6 2, page 4) with a new fuse that
has the same rating (5 A).
➤ Re-assemble the plug in the reverse order.

Cleaning and maintenance

Caution
Before cleaning the seat cover, unplug the power lead from the
socket or cigarette lighter.
Caution
Do not clean the seat cover under running water or in dish water.
Caution
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects for cleaning
as these can damage the seat cover.
➤ Clean the exterior of the seat cover with a damp cloth as required.
