Step 1. Start Device Driver Installation
(In the next section please refer to the installation steps that correspond to your PC system's OS.)
• Please install the driver completely before following the steps below.
Step 2 Plug the Power Adapter into Port 1
Step 3. Connect the USB 2.0 Cable Micro-B connector to Port 2 and the Type-A connector to the host laptop.
Step 4. Connect the VGA Cable of the Display device to Port 4.
Step 5. Connect the Ethernet Cable to Port 7.
Step 6. Connect the Audio Cables (audio out, audio in)to Ports 8 & 9
Step 7. Lay your laptop on the top of the j5 Newport Station.
Step 8. Push the "j5" Power button
Step 9. Downstream USB 2.0 HUB Ports 3, 4, and 5 are now ready for use.
