Information display status indication and progress of charging
Charging start-up:
A new battery has been connected and charging has not started yet.
Battery is being charged
Battery is charged 80%
Battery is charged 100%
A new battery has been connected and charging could not be started yet
because of a mains error.

Error code

Several safety monitoring functions ensure the protection of battery and battery charger.
If charging was stopped or interrupted because of battery errors, the battery error LED (8) is illuminated.
Indication
F0 U < 2,0 V/Z Battery voltage below 2.0 V/cell after 1 hour
Battery voltage below 1.5 V/cell when connected.
F3 U < 1,5 V/Z Charger waits for increase in battery voltage, the
charging process starts automatically.
Battery voltage over 2.4 V/cell when connected.
F4 U > 2,4 V/Z Charger waits for increase in battery voltage, the
charging process starts automatically.
F7 U < 2,48V/Z Safety time was exceeded.
If charging was stopped or interrupted because of charger errors, the charger error LED (5) is illuminated.
Indication
E2 Charger data The charger settings are incorrect.
E3 Service The parameters of the charger are incorrect.
E5 Service The parameter data of the charger are incorrect.
E6 Test error The charger test was stopped because of an error.
The charging current was 4% over the charger's rated
E11 I > 0 A
current when the power switch was off.
E12 EUW Pressure error of electrolyte circulation pump
The charging current was 125% over the charger's
E13 I > 125%
rated current when the power switch was on.
E20 U < 1 V/Z The cell voltage of the battery is less than 1 V/cell.
E21 Mains error No mains voltage or the transformer is overheated.
The charging current was 2% under the charger's rated
E30 I < 2%
current when power switch was on.
Maintenance
Always observe local regulations when doing maintenance on the charger.
No special maintenance is required for the charger.
Checking and possibly cleaning the charger, depending on the dirt / dust of the environment at the site of use, is required at suitable intervals.
The voltages inside the charger are potentially lethal.
Only qualified electricians are allowed to open and repair the charger.
Disconnect charger from mains supply and battery before opening!
