FRITZ!Powerline 1240E Expands Your Powerline Network
1. Insert FRITZ!Powerline 1240E in an outlet
in the vicinity of a powerline adapter that
is part of the existing powerline network.
Wait until the" WLAN" LED stops fl ashing
and remains lit up.

2. Press the WLAN • WPS / Powerline • Se-
curity button on FRITZ!Powerline 1240E
for 1 second.
Integrating FRITZ!Powerline
3. Within 2 minutes, press the button la-
beled Security, Pair or something similar
on an adapter in the existing powerline
network, and hold it down for 1 second.
4. Now you can use FRITZ!Powerline 1240E
at any outlet in your home.
