1 Safety Instructions
1.1 General
•
Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
The user manual is part of the product and contains important
information for correct use.
•
Keep this user manual.
The user manual must be available for uncertainties and passing the
product.
•
Do not modify product and accessories.
•
Use product, product parts and accessories only in perfect
condition.
•
In case of questions, defects, mechanical damage, trouble and
other problems, non-recoverable by the documentation, contact
your dealer or producer.
Target group information
Not meant for children. This product is not a toy!
•
Secure packaging, small parts and insulation against acciden tal
use.
•
Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sun-
light, vibration and mechanical pressure.
•
Only fasten the product to stable objects.
1.2
Battery hazards
The battery from the remote shutter is replaceable.
•
Never use batteries when they are dented, leaked or damaged.
•
Remove leaked, deformed or corroded batteries from the product
and dispose them by appropriate protectives.
•
If a battery has leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous
membranes. If necessary, rinse affected areas with water and
seak medical attention immediately.
•
Do not deform, burn or disassemble the battery and nover pierce
it with a sharp object.
Extreme heat may cause explosion and/or leaking of corrosive liquid.
Mechanical damage can result in gaseous substances which can be
highly irritating, combustible or toxic.
•
Do not short-circuit the battery or immerse it in liquids.
There is a risk of explosion, fire, heat, fumes or gas emission.
•
Immediately remove the battery out of the water when it has
been fallen into by accident. Place it in a safe, open area, and keep
away until completely dry. Do not use the dried battery again,
but dispose it as described in chapter 8 "Disposal Notes".

Intended Use
We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in chap-
ter "Description and Function". Not attending to these regulations and
safety instructions might cause fatal accidents, injuries, and damages
to persons and property.

Mounting and Operating
See the respective quick reference guide for the individual products.

Remote shutter
5.1
Activating the remote shutter
1.
Remove the contact protection from the battery compartment by
pulling out the tab.
2.
Press the trigger button (3) until the power LED (2) starts flashing.
The remote shutter is activated.
3.
Activate the Bluetooth connection on your smartphone/iPhone.
4.
Select "Remote shutter" from the list of found connections and
click on it to establish a connection with the remote shutter.
Once the device has been detected and a connection established, the
operation LED of the remote control unit stops flashing.

Open your camera app.
6.
Check your camera settings.

Search for the function "Volume key function".
It must be set to "Take pictures".
With newer versions of Android and IOS this function is automatically
preset.
You have now made all the necessary settings and can trigger photos
via the remote shutter.
If no operation takes place with the remote shutter within 2 minutes, it
automatically goes into standby mode. Press the release
button again to reactivate the remote shutter.
5.2
Changing batteries
If necessary, replace the empty battery with a new one of the same
type. See Chapter 2.3, "Specifications".
1.
Open the battery compartment (4) by sliding it in the direction of
the arrow.
2.
Remove the empty battery.
3.
Insert a new battery with the plus pole facing up into the battery
compartment.
4.
Slide the battery compartment back onto the remote shutter
against the direction of the arrow.
5.
Dispose the empty battery properly.
Please also read chapter 8 "Disposal Notes".

Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transport
The products are maintenance-free.
Material damage
•
Clean only with a dry, soft cloth.
•
Do not use cleaning agents and chemicals.
•
Store cool and dry.
•
Store the product out of the reach of children and in a dry
and dust-protected ambience when not in use.
•
Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries when not in use.
•
Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
7 Liability Notice

8 Disposal Notes
8.1
Product
The product can be disposed with household waste.
8.2
Batteries
(Rechargeable) batteries must not be disposed of with household
waste. Their components have to be supplied separately to the
recycling or disposal, because toxic and dangerous ingredients
can harm the environment if not disposed of sustainably. As a
consumer, you are obliged to return them at the end of their service
lives to the manufacturer, the sales outlet or established for this
purpose, public collection points for free. Details regulates the
respective country's law. The symbol on the product, the instruc
tion manual and / or the packaging draws attention to those
provisions. With this kind of material separation, recovery and
disposal of waste (rechargeable) batteries you make an important
contribution to protecting our environment.
