ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Put the PIPE END PIECE (C) onto the UPPER CROSSBAR (A). Carry out this step for all upper
crossbars.
STEP 2
Put the UPPER CROSSBAR (A) onto the LOWER CROSSBAR (B) as shown; carry out this step
STEP 3
Attach the steel pipes to the upright trampoline legs as shown.
It is advisable to have somebody else help at this stage who can hold the tubular frame steady.
Firstly, attach the LOWER CROSSBAR (B) with a BRACKET (D) and a CLAMP (E) to a steel leg
and secure it with a NUT (I)
STEP 4
As the helper keeps a steady hold of the pipes which are clamped together, attach the BRACKET
(D) to a steel leg as shown and secure it with a CLAMP (E) and a NUT (I).
Make sure that the end of the LOWER FOAM COVERED CROSSBAR (B) matches the marking on
the extension leg of the trampoline at a height of (measured from the Lower end of the part)
30.48 cm (12") (at a trampoline height of 60 cm) or 60.96 cm (24") (at a trampoline height of 90
cm) from the ground.
NOTE:
Do not tighten all the nuts immediately.
To avoid injuries, attach the provided SCREW CAPS (F) to the BRACKETS (D) after assembly of
all brackets. Please note that only the lower BRACKETS require a cap.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all framework pipes.

STEP 5
Attach the snap locks to the PIPE END PIECES (C) at the top of the safety enclosure as shown.
Attach the upper snap locks to all steel pipes of the frame. Make sure that the pipe end piece
fastener is facing out.

STEP 6
Attach the RUBBER RING WITH 1 HOOK (G1) as shown in Fig. A. Pull the hook through the
loop that is created, as shown in Fig. B. Pull the hook to the edge of the ENCLOSURE NET (H)
and hook it onto the net. Make sure that the RUBBER RING WITH 1 HOOK (G1) now looks as is
shown in Fig. C.

STEP 7
Hook one end of a RUBBER RING WITH 1 HOOK (G) between two LOWER FOAM COVERED
CROSSBARS (No. B) on to the edge of the net, pull the other end of the RUBBER RING WITH 1
HOOK (G) around the main frame and hook it tightly to the mat ring as shown in Fig. D.
NOTE: So that we can show this more clearly, the frame cushioning is not shown in Fig. D.

STEP 8
Close up the ENCLOSURE NET (H) zip at the entrance, which must be situated between two of
the trampoline's supporting legs, and then click the two snap locks together as shown below
(the lower fastener is not shown).
STEP 9
Important warning!!! Now you must close all the snap locks again so that the safety enclosure
is tightened. Without this tension, the safety enclosure cannot fulfil its correct function. Finally
tighten all the nuts securely.
