the electric heater AVALOn is suitable, thanks to its continuously variable tem-
perature regulator, for both cooking and for keeping food warm at the table, in the
kitchen, in the office and studio. Provided an earth-leakage circuit-breaker is used,
the AVALOn can also be used on the balcony or patio. For example, soup, sauces
or casseroles, etc. can be kept warm or cheese, fish or meat fondue or «one-
minute» dishes can be prepared. For this purpose the matching Fondue bowl
ABSOLute from Stöckli is especially good (Part no. 8730.24).
