Installation der Kamera / Installing the camera
Öffnung des Gehäuses
1. Entfernen Sie die beiden Schrauben in der Mitte der Abde-
ckung auf der Rückseite (siehe Abb. 1, Punkt 3).
2. Entfernen Sie den Gehäusemantel (Abb. 1).
3. Hängen Sie den Gehäusemantel an die Halterung (Abb. 1).
4. Entfernen Sie die äußere Schutzhülle des inliegenden
Silicagel-Beutels, bevor Sie das Gehäuse schließen.
Befestigen Sie den Silicagel-Beutel im Gehäuse.
5. Achten Sie beim Schließen des Gehäuses darauf, dass sich
die Dichtungen zwischen den einzelnen Gehäuseteilen am
vorgesehenen Platz befinden und dass die Kabel nicht zwi-
schen Gehäuse und Abdeckung eingeklemmt werden.
Installation der Kamera
Wir möchten Sie darauf aufmerksam machen, dass die Stromver-
sorgung über die Anschlussplatine erfolgen kann (wenn
vorhanden). Prüfen Sie vorher jedoch, dass die korrekte
Betriebsspannung verwendet wird.
1. Schieben Sie den internen Schlitten zur Seite, so dass sein
unterer Teil zugänglich wird.
2. Legen Sie den Isolationsring zwischen die 1/4"-Schraube und
den unteren Teil des Schlittens (Abb. 1, Punkt 2), stecken Sie
das Distanzstück zwischen die Kamera und den oberen Teil
des Schlittens (Abb. 1, Punkt 1), ziehen Sie die Schraube fest
an und richten Sie die Kamera wie gewünscht aus.
3. Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf die zusätzlichen Abstandsstücke,
um die Kamera korrekt zu positionieren oder das Zoomobjektiv
abzustützen (falls vorhanden).
4. Schieben Sie den Schlitten wieder in seine Ausgangsposition.
5. Schließen Sie die Kamera an der Anschlussplatine an Stecker
J1 oder J4 an (Fig. 6). Beachten Sie hierbei die jeweilige
Spannungsversorgung der Kamera (12 V, 24 V oder 230 V).
Installation von 2-Drahtsender oder LWL-Modul
Der Winkel auf dem die Anschlussplatine installiert ist bietet die
Möglichkeit, den Zwei-Drahtsender oder das Fiber Optic Modul zu
befestigen.
1. Befestigen Sie eines der beiden Module an dem Befestigungs-
winkel (Fig. 1, point 4) .
2. Schließen die das Modul an der Kamera an. Beachten Sie
hierbei die Montageanleitung der jeweiligen Kamera.
3. Schließen Sie die Spannungsversorgung des Moduls an der
Anschlussplatine an (Anschlussstecker J1 oder J6, Fig. 6).

Abmessungen / Dimensions
Opening the housing
1. Unscrew the two screws placed on the side in the middle of the
rear cover plate (see Fig. 1, point 3).
2. Take the body out (Fig. 1).
3. Hang the body on the holder (Fig. 1).
4. Before closing the housing, remove the outer transparent cover
of the enclosed silica gel bag. Place the white bag inside the
housing and secure in front of the respective camera lens.
5. When closing the housing, make sure that the gaskets between
the individual parts of the housing are located as intended in
the rear/center or front part, and that no cables are caught
between the housing and the cover.
Installing the camera
We wish to remind our customers that the power can be drawn from
the circuit board, if available, after checking that the correct supply
voltage is used.
1. Move the internal slide sideways to provide access to its lower
part.
2. Put the insulating washer between the 1/4" screw and the lower
part of the slide (Fig. 1, point 2), set the insulating spacer
between the camera and the upper part of the slide (Fig. 1,
point 1), tighten the 1/4" screw and position the camera as
required.
3. If necessary use the additional spacers for a correct positioning
of the camera or to support the zoom lens (when fitted).
4. Re-set the slide in the working position.
5. Connect the camera to the connection PCB at Port J1 or J4
(Fig. 6). Please note the respective power supply of the camera
(12 V, 24 V or 230 V).
Installing the 2-wire transmitter or fiber optic module
The bracket on which the connection PCB is installed has the
option of attaching the two-wire transmitter or the fiber optic
module.
1. Attach one of the two modules to the attachment bracket (Fig.
1, point 4).
2. Connect the module to the camera. Follow the installation
instructions for the particular camera in doing so.
3. Connect the power supply of the module to the connection PCB
(connecting plug J1 or J6, Fig. 6).
