• Magnetschalter und Betätiger möglichst nicht auf ferro-
magnetischem Material anbringen.
• Magnetschalter und Betätiger verdeckt einbauen, damit die
Funktion des Magnetschalters nicht auf einfache Weise
aufgehoben werden kann.
• Den Magnetschalter mittels der Mutter in der vorgesehenen
Befestigungsbohrung festschrauben (max. Anzugs-
drehmoment 1500 Ncm !).
• Magnetschalter und Betätiger an Schutzeinrichtung unlösbar
befestigen.
• Magnetschalter und Betätiger nicht als Anschlag benutzen.
• Montagelage beliebig.
• Die Magnetschalter sind entsprechend den angegebenen
Aderfarben anzuschließen.
Der elektrische Anschluss darf nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal
durchgeführt werden.
Hinweise
• Magnetschalter und Betätiger nicht in starken Magnetfeldern
anbringen.
• Eisenspäne fernhalten.
• Magnetschalter und Betätiger keinen starken Vibrationen und
Stößen aussetzen.
Zur Betätigung des Magnetschalters können nur die gelisteten
Betätiger (siehe Aufstellung im Katalog Automatisierungstechnik)
eingesetzt werden. Nur mit diesen Betätigern ist eine einwandfreie
Funktion und Wiederholgenauigkeit sichergestellt.
Montageabstand zwischen zwei Systemen min. 50 mm.

• If possible, do not mount the magnetic reed switch and the
actuator on ferromagnetic material.
• Install the magnetic reed switch and the actuator in concealed
mounting, to avoid manipulation by easy means.
• Mount and fasten the magnetic reed switch using the provided
nut
(max. tightening force 1500 Ncm!).
• Inseparably fix the magnetic reed switch and the actuator to the
guard.
• Do not use the magnetic reed switch and the actuator as
mechanical backstop.
• Any mounting position.
• Wire the magnetic reed switches according to the specified
wire colours.
The electrical connection is to be carried out by qualified and
competent electricians only.
Notice
• Do not install the magnetic reed switch and the actuator in strong
magnetic fields.
• The presence of ferromagnetic chips may reduce sensitivity.
• Do not subject the components to extreme vibrations and/or
shocks.
Only the listed actuators are suitable for actuating the magnetic reed
switch (see table in catalogue 'Automation Technology'). Only when
these actuators are used, a trouble-free functioning and the repeat
accuracy are guaranteed.
Mounting distance between two magnetic reed switches should
always be at least 50 mm.

• Evitez, dans la mesure du possible, d'installer l'interrupteur
magnétique et l'actionneur sur un matériau ferromagnétique.
• Installez l'interrupteur magnétique et l'actionneur invisiblement,
de manière à éviter les fraudes.
• Vissez l'interrupteur magnétique dans le trou de fixation au
moyen de écrou (couple de serrage max. 1500 Ncm !).
• Fixez l'interrupteur magnétique et l'actionneur de manière
indémontable.
• L'interrupteur magnétique et l'actionneur ne doivent pas servir
de butée mécanique.
• La position de montage est indifférente.
• Raccordez l'interrupteurs magnétiques conformément aux
couleurs indiquées sur les conducteurs.
Le raccordement électrique est à effectuer exclusivement par des
électriciens compétents et qualifiés.
Remarque
• N'utilisez pas l'interrupteur magnétique et l'actionneur à proximité
d'une source magnétique puissante.
• Evitez toute accumulation de limailles et débris ferromagnétiques.
• Evitez toute exposition à des vibrations et/ou chocs importants.
Seuls les actionneurs indiqués conviennent pour l'actionnement de
l'interrupteur magnétique (voir tableau dans le catalogue 'Techniques
de l'automatisation'). Le fonctionnement impeccable et la répétitivité
sont exclusivement garantis si ces actionneurs sont utilisés.
Respectez une distance minimale de 50 mm entre deux interrup-
teurs magnétiques.
