11. Troubleshooting

Problem
The device is not (1)
switching on or (2)
switching off.
The device makes
noises during usage.
The programme stops
during usage.
Cause
(1) The device is not
sufficiently charged.
(2) The on/off button
was not pressed down
for long enough.
The device is faulty.
The device's massage
function is based on
vibrations which are
produced through an
in-built battery. For
this reason noises are
normal.
The maximum running
time was reached.
The device is faulty.

Please press the on/
off button for longer
than 5 seconds.
Please send your
device back to us to
