8. Usage

1. Fully charge the Breast Massager device (for 8 hours) before the first
use by inserting the DC connector into the appropriate opening on the
device and connecting the USB charging cable to the power source
(adapter for a power socket or USB port on the computer):
The LED display flashes when the device is charging.
The LED display is continuously illuminated when the device is fully
charged.
2. Switch the device on by keeping the on/off button pressed for longer
than 5 seconds.
3. Select a programme and change programmes as necessary by briefly
pressing the on/off button.
4. Hold the device in your hand and place it directly on your breast or over
your clothes. You can wear normal clothes for the massage (preferably
a top made of thin material or just a bra).
5. Perform stroking or circular movements from the edge of the breast to
the nipple.
6. You can just massage the breast for comfort or you can express at the
same time, depending on what feels better for you.
7. Repeat steps 5 to 8 on the other breast and perform the massage until
the blockages are relieved.
8. Switch the device off by keeping the on/off button pressed for longer
than 5 seconds.
Tip: If you need your hands free, you can also place the device directly in
your bra. The length and intensity of the massage can be adjusted
according to your personal comfort.
