To enter the batch setting mode press SET in the counting mode.
• Press PRINT/► to display the batch value of each denomination;
• Press + or – to increase or decrease the batch value by 1;
• Press and hold the + or – to adjust the quantity rapidly by steps of plus or minus 10;
• Press CLEAR to clear the setting value: press and hold CLEAR for two seconds to clear the setting
value of all denomination;
• Press START/STOP to confirm and exit setting mode.
Some settings are pre-set: open the menu by pressing SET twice. Now you can toggle by pressing PRINT
between the different standard settings BO (standard containers of the counter), BA (bag) and TU for
coin tubes. Confirm the setting by pressing START/STOP.

2.3 Report mode
To get a report of the counted coins after the counting is finished, toggle between the values by
pressing REP multiple times (€ 0,01 ► € 0,02 ► ... ► € 2,00).
2.4 Date and time setting
In the counting mode, press SET 3 times to enter the date and time setting mode. The display will show
the setting in following order: YEAR, MONTH, DAY, TIME. Switching is possible by pressing PRINT/►. Press
+ or – to change the setting. After a change, confirm by pressing START/STOP. Press this button again to
leave this setting mode.
2.5 Printer
The optional printer can be connected to the counter and will work out of the box.

Maintenance and troubleshooting

3.1 Maintenance
In order to avoid miscounting errors, it is advised to clean the CC 604 regularly and at least once a week
as well internally as externally with a dry or moist cloth. Don't use any detergent and disconnect from
mains before cleaning the inside.
Also pay attention to the following:
if the temperature is lower than 20 degrees Celsius, please turn on the machine and wait for at
least 3 minutes before counting so that the CC 604 can acclimatize;
the CC 604 shall be operated at places with good ventilation and kept away from strong sunshine
and strong magnetic fields;
the power plug of the machine shall be inserted to a grounded electrical socket;
