IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for future reference.
-
Always unplug the appliance before putting your hand or an object (e.g. a spatula) inside the mixer's jug.
-
Never use your fingers or an object (e.g. a spatula) to push ingredients into the feeding tube when the
appliance is working.
-
Be extremely careful when handling the blades or cutting attachments. Be extremely careful taking them out
of the container or glass jug, emptying them or washing them. The blades are very sharp and you could cut
yourself.
-
Adults or children must not operate this appliance without help or supervision if they are physically, sensorially
or mentally incapable of doing so safely. Children should be watched to make sure that they do not play with
this product.
-
This appliance is only for domestic use.
-
Check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds with the local mains supply before connecting it.
-
Never leave the appliance working unattended.
-
Do not use the appliance if the power cord, plug or other parts are damaged or broken.
-
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, authorised technical service or
qualified engineer to prevent dangerous situations.
-
Always turn the speed selector to position "0" to turn the appliance off. Turn the appliance off before removing
any attachment.
-
Unplug the appliance immediately after each use.
-
Never immerse it in water or any other type of liquid, nor rinse it under the tap.
-
Wait for the parts to stop turning before removing the container's lid or the glass jug.
-
Never exceed the MAX. mark indicated on the container or mixer's glass jug (1700 ml in the large capacity
container and 1500 ml in the glass jug).
-
Wash the parts in contact with food well before using the appliance for the first time.
-
Be careful with the sharp blades when you empty the container and when you wash it.
-
Never use the appliance if the rotary sieve is broken or damaged.
-
The attachments should only be used with the appliance. The appliance is exclusively designed for processing food.
USE
After correctly installing the parts, activate the progressive speed regulator.
If you want the food processor to run at slow speed, turn the regulator clockwise to speed 1.
Turn the regulator clockwise to speed 5 to turn the speed up.
It also has another option: "Pulse" function
When the speed regulator is in the "Pulse" position, the appliance runs at maximum speed.
Blade / plastic blade (11 and 3)
The blade is the most versatile attachment. The grinding/mincing time determines the texture of the food. If you
want a thicker or thinner texture, this will depend on the time and power level.
Use the blade to make cakes and pies, mince raw and cooked meat, vegetables, nuts and dried fruit, pâté, creams,
thick soups and to make biscuit and breadcrumbs.
Never use the blade or mixer to mix flour.
To prolong the useful life of your appliance, do not operate the motor for over 30 seconds and leave it to cool down
for at least 1 minute before operating it again.
Tip for mincing meat:
Before mincing it, cut the meat into 3 x 3 cm cubes. Never put more than 1 kg of meat into the container. (Do not
exceed the MAX. mark on the container, 1700 ml)
Attachments for mincing, cutting and grating thick or thin (5, 6, 7 and 8)
Use the slicing attachment (8) to slice cheese, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, beetroot and onions.
Use the slicing attachments (6 and 7) to chop cheese, carrots, potatoes and food with a similar texture.

Use the julienne slicing attachment (5) to grate parmesan cheese, potatoes and to make potato croquettes.
To lengthen the appliance's useful life, do not operate the motor for over 3 minutes with this attachment. After this
time, leave the motor to cool down for at least 3 minutes before using it again.
Mill (2)
Use the mill to grind spices, coffee and nuts and dried fruit.

Put the ingredients into the container (2). Do not fill it up past the halfway mark on the container.

Put the rubber washer on the base of the blade.

Turn the base of the blade. Put it into the container with the blades at the bottom.

Screw the blade base into the container until you cannot turn it any more.

Put the mill onto the base of the appliance and turn it to close it.

Connect it to top power or use the "Pulse" control.

When you have finished, turn the speed selector to position "0", remove the blade unit with the splash-proof
lid and remove the food.

If you want to sprinkle species, for example, put the lid with holes onto the mill and sprinkle.
To lengthen the appliance's useful life, do not operate the motor for over 1 minute with this attachment. Leave the
motor to cool down for at least 3 minutes before using it again.
Glass jug (4)

Put the rubber washer on the base of the blade, making sure that is correctly installed. It will leak if the washer
is broken or not positioned properly.

Fit the glass jug into the blade's base.

Put the mixer on the base of the appliance and turn it to fix it.

Put the ingredients into the container. Never put hot ingredients into it as this could damage the glass jug.

Put the plug into the lid.

Select the required speed or use the "Pulse" function.

Do not move the glass jug, lid or plug when the appliance is working.

Never exceed the MAX mark (1500 ml.)

Cleaning

Turn the appliance off and unplug it before cleaning it.

Handle the blades and slicing attachments very carefully, as they are very sharp.

Some foods may stain the plastic. This is normal and will not damage the plastic nor affect the taste of the
food. Rub it with a cloth soaked in vegetable oil to get rid of these stains and clean the surface in contact with
the food.

Use a clean cloth with neutral washing up liquid to clean the base and dry it with a clean tea towel.
-
To clean the food processor's parts, fill the sink up with water, put the parts in that you want to wash and wash
them. Then dry them with a dry tea towel.

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

Electric products should not be thrown away with domestic rubbish. This appliance should be taken to a local
recycling centre for safe treatment.
