SHRIMP SCAMPI

1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp (size 21-25)
2 oz. butter
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 oz. white wine
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
6 cloves garlic, chopped
Dash salt and pepper
• Place the Inner Pot into the Perfect Cooker,
press the Cook button.
• Melt the butter with the garlic for 5 minutes.
• Add the rest of the ingredients. Secure the Lid.
• Let cook 20 minutes or until done.
• Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
