FIRST USE

• Het apparaat kan bij het eerste gebruik wat geur en rook verspreiden, dit is normaal
• Please remove all the various packaging materials
• Wipe off the unit with a slightly dampened cloth.
• With first use the appliance can spread some smell and smoke, this is normal

OPERATION

• Plug the device into a properly installed mains socket (the power indicator lights up).
• The plate requires approx. 2-3 minutes to warm up.
• When the desired temperature has been attained, the temperature indicator lights up.
• Now open the device and place the dough inside.
• The heating plates include a non-stick coating. This means pre-greasing is not
necessary for normal use.
• Now shut the lid, the baking process will last approx. 4-6 minutes (depending on the
thickness and content of the dough).
• Now remove the cup-cakes with the help of wooden or heat resistant plastic spatula.
Do not use any objects with sharp edges, to avoid damaging the coating!
• Unplug the device after use.
RECIPE
Basic recipe cup-cakes for ca 16 pieces
2 eggs
145g castor sugar
½ sachet vanilla sugar
145 g self-rising flour 9stifted)
Pinch of salt
65g melted butter
Beat the eggs with the castor sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the flour scoop by scoop and
 
 
stir after each scoop. Then add the salt and butter and stir again. Place if desired the
paper cake cases in the appliance. Fill each hole in the lower plate half with the
cup-cake batter. Bake the cup-cakes until they are golden brown, approx. 7-10 minutes.
Strawberry cup-cakes for ca 8 pieces
65g butter
85g sugar
2 eggs
135g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
65g strawberry
35ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Salt
Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and stir it firmly. Add the eggs one by one and mix it
into a smooth batter. Add the milk and vanilla sugar. Mash ¼ of the strawberries and stir
this through the mixture. Powder the rest of the strawberries with some flour, add it to the
mixture and stir firmly. Place if desired the paper cake cases in the appliance. Fill each
hole in the lower plate half with the cup-cake batter. Bake the cup-cakes until they are
golden brown, approx. 7-10 minutes.
Chocolate cup-cakes for ca 8 pieces
260g plain chocolate, in pieces
30g soft butter
130g brown sugar
3 eggs
30g flour
Salt
First melt the chocolate in about 30 seconds using the microwave. Stir it until the
