1. Vorwort
Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung beinhaltet die
Bedienung und Pflege der Prüfgeräte Labtronic
400
ab
der
vermerkten
Voraussetzung
für
einen
Betrieb des Gerätes ist, dass ausschließlich nach
dieser Betriebsanleitung das Gerät bedient und
benutzt wird. Labtec haftet nicht für irgendwelche
Personen-
oder
Sachschäden
resultierende Folgeschäden, gleich welcher Art,
wenn von der Bedienungsanleitung abweichend
das Gerät eingesetzt wird.
Das
gleiche
gilt
für
Wartungen und Reparaturen am Gerät.
Labtec erkennt keine Gewährleistungsansprüche
an, wenn das Gerät durch nicht eingewiesene
Personen bedient oder gewartet oder repariert
wird, und wenn keine Original- Ersatzteile bei
Reparatur-
und
Wartungsarbeiten
werden. Desgleichen gilt beim Öffnen verplombter
Teile, ohne dass eine ausdrückliche Genehmigung
von Labtec vorliegt.
Im
übrigen
gelten
Lieferbedingungen
sowie
Gewährleistungsbedingungen der Labtec GmbH,
die durch diese Hinweise in keiner Weise erweitert.
2. Gerätebeschreibung
Labtronic 400 ist ein Prüfgeräte zum Prüfen von
Atemschutzmasken nach EN 136, Pressluftatmern,
nach EN 137 und gasdichten Chemikalienschutz-
anzügen (CSA).
Die erforderliche Luftversorgung erfolgt über eine
300 oder 200 bar Atemluftflasche mittels spezieller
Adapter oder eine zentrale Luftversorgung 300 bar
die zum Betrieb dieses Prüfstandes erforderlich
sind.
Ebenfalls
zum
Stromanschluss von 230 V AC benötigt.
PC-Voraussetzungen
Für den Computerbetrieb ist neben einem PC mit
einem
CD-ROM
Laufwerk,
Hauptspeicher mit einer Taktfrequenz von mind. 2
GHz
und einer freien Platten-Speicherkapazität
von 200 MB oder mehr sowie das Computer kit
erforderlich.
Labtronic
BL-IO
Protokollausdruck wird ein entsprechender Drucker
für DIN A 4 benötigt. Weiter wird ausreichend
Speicherkapazität für die Registrierung der Geräte-
Prüfdaten benötigt, die sich nach dem Umfang der
durchgeführten
Geräteprüfungen
Speicherverweildauer richtet.
Für einige Prüfungen ist die Verwendung von
Adaptern oder Verbindungsteilen notwendig, die
herstellerspezifisch sind und von diesen bezogen
werden können.
Die zum prüfen von Pressluftatmern benötigte
Luftversorgung kann über eine fixe Luftversorgung
direkt an das Gerät angeschlossen werden. Oder
es kann wahlweise eine 300 oder 200 bar HD-
Anschlussleitung (Zubehör) zwischen Gerät und
Atemluftflasche eingekuppelt werden.

1. Foreword
Before starting up the equipment the instructions
for use should be read carefully, and they should
be observed in all matters.
The include instructions for operating and caring
for a Labtronic 400 test stand from the serial num-
ber noted onward. It is essential to correct opera-
tion of the equipment that it is operated and used
exclusively as described in these instructions. Lab-
tec accepts no responsibility for damages to per-
sons or property or for any late resultant squeal if
the equipment has been used in a manner that de-
viates from the operating instructions.
The same applies to incorrect care, maintenance
and repairs to the equipment.
Labtec recognizes no claims under the guarantee if
the equipment has been operated, maintained or
repaired by persons who have not received proper
instruction and if original replacement parts have
not been used in repair and maintenance work.
The same applies if sealed parts have been
opened unless expressly permitted by Labtec.
Otherwise the sale and delivery conditions of Lab-
tec GmbH apply, which are in no wise extended by
these notes.
2. Description of the Equipment
Labtronic 400 is designed to test full face masks as
per EN 136, Breathing Apparatuses as EN 137,
Diving Apparatuses (SCUBA) as EN 250
Chemical Protection Suits.
The air required is supplied from a respiratory air
cylinder by means of special adapters that are es-
sential for operation of this test stand. Access to a
230-V AC power supply is also needed for its op-
eration.
PC Requirements
For computer operation an IBM-compatible PC
with a CD-ROM drive, at least 256MB memory,
minimum frequency 2 GHz and 200 MB or more
free memory capacity on the hard disk is needed
and the Computer kit Labtronic BL-IO. A printer
taking A4 paper and compatible with this PC run-
ning with the selected operating system (see
above) is needed to print out the protocols. In addi-
tion, enough memory for recording the equipment
test data is needed, which will depend on how
many equipment tests are carried out and how
long the data is to be saved for.
Some of the tests require the use of adapters or
connecting pieces that are specific to the manufac-
turers and can be obtained from them.
When breathing apparatuses or SCUBA are tested
an HP line is needed for the compressed air sup-
ply; this adapts the pressure between the respira-
tory air cylinder and the pressure reducer inte-
grated in the breathing apparatus and its other end
is connected to the test stand. It is important to
differentiate between 200 bar and 300 bar appli-
ances.
