Attention
If a sliding cycle has been interrupted the fitting has to be dismantled.
Attention
Wear safety glases during the sliding cycle.
By sliding the retract slide (page 2, pic. 1.3) in the direction of the battery the forks can be retracted in case of an
error or emergency.
After reaching the max. operating pressure the forks return into their starting position automatically and the fitting
can be removed from the sliding forks.
Attention
Remove battery before changing the sliding forks to avoid unintended starts (page4, pic12).
3.2 Explanation of the application range
This tool is a hand guided sliding tool to mount fittings on multilayer plumbing pipes and PEX pipes with
Ø 16 to 32 mm. The unit is not supposed to be restrained in a vise. It is not allowed to use the tool in a stationary
application.
The tool is not designed for continued sliding operations. After a sequence of approximately 50 completed connec-
tions you have to make a break of 15 min. to give the tool time to cool down.

Too intensive use can cause heat damages for the tool
Attention
During the operation of electric engines sparks can occur which might ignite highly inflammable or explosive
liquids and materials.
Attention
Electric tools should not be operated in pouring rain or under water.
