2.1 Applicator assembly

You must assemble the applicator, which is delivered in two parts, insert the
cartridge with the adhesive and attach the mixing nozzle before use.
Insert the notched bar, which pushes the adhesive out of the adhesive cart­
ridge into the mixing nozzle, from the front into the applicator holder. The
notches of the notched bar must point down towards the handle as shown in
Fig. 2.1. Push the ratchet lever on the back end upwards and push the
notched bar into the applicator holder to the stop.

Insert the adhesive cartridge. To do this, lift the locking lever, push the cart­
ridge in from the top to the stop and then push the locking lever down in the
direction of the arrow (Fig. 2.2). The adhesive cartridge can only be inserted
in one direction so that the two dies of the notched bar can subsequently slide
into the correct part of the adhesive cartridge.
