2.2 Preliminary surface treatment

The surface must be dry and free of dust, oil, release agents and other con­
taminants. When using cleaning media, comply with the applicable safety reg­
ulations.
Important
You should never use a solvent that is technically pure; chemical purity is
essential.

2.3 Curing time

The graphic in Fig. 2.5 shows the required curing time, dependent on the
ambient temperature.

2.4 Cleaning

Residues of adhesive that has not cured can be removed with solvents (acet­
one, methyl ethyl ketone). When using cleaning media, comply with the
applicable safety regulations.
