Use for the P-System

Setting the depth adjuster

1. Disconnect power cable
2. Set the standard depth adjuster to
«MAX»
3. Pull the P-System depth adjuster and
turn to the desired depth
4. For the use as a standard biscuit
machine set the P-System depth
adjuster to «OFF»
Adjusting the cutting depth after changing
the cutter
1. Pull the P-System depth adjuster and
turn to the desired depth: 14
2. Make a sample cut and insert a
Clamex P-14 element. The connector
should be approx. 0.5 mm below the
surface
3. To adjust the depth set the P-System
depth adjuster to «OFF»
4. Turn the adjustment screw in the
P-System depth adjuster in the desired
direction
5. Cut another sample to check

Aplicación en el P-System

Ajustar la profundidad de fresado

1. Desenchufar el cable eléctrico
2. Ajustar el regulador estándar de
profundidad en la posición «max»
3. Tirar y girar el regulador de profundidad
de la P-System para ajustarlo a la
profundidad deseada
4. Para su uso como máquina estándar
ajustarlo en la posición «OFF»
Ajustar la profundidad de fresado tras
el cambio de fresa
1. Tirar y girar el regulador de profundidad
de la P-System para ajustarlo a la
profundidad deseada: 14
2. Fresar la muestra e insertar el
Clamex P-14; el conector deberá tener
un margen de aprox. 0.5 mm
3. Para ajustar la P-System girar el
regulador de profundidad hasta la
posición «OFF»
4. Girar el tornillo de ajuste del regulador
de profundidad de la P-System en la
dirección deseada
5. Realizar un nuevo fresado de prueba
