The scales should not be used

The scales determine your

body fat ratio using Bioelectri-
cal Impedance Analysis (BIA).
In doing this, a harmless sig-
nal is transmitted through the
body. The scales are therefore
not suitable for persons with
a heart pacemaker or other
surgically implanted medical
device. If in doubt, please con-
tact your doctor.
Pregnant women and persons

not use the scales for analysis
(in these cases, no accurate
body fat value can be deter-
mined).
