Useful hint: You can set the tongs aside onto the grate grip while grilling (Fig. 18).
Notice: The stainless steel grate with removable centre and cap of the charcoal chamber and the stainless
steel vessel for intercepting fat are very hot in grilling. Do not touch them to avoid the risk of burning. The
body of the grill does not burn in normal grilling.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Clean the grill after each use. Always leave the grill to cool down entirely before cleaning!
Clean the body of the grill with a moistened cloth and dry. Clean the grate including the central part and
the stainless steel vessel for intercepting fat after each use. Both are dishwasher safe.
Before cleaning the central part of the grate, loosen and remove the cap of the chamber. Assemble both
parts together again after cleaning.
Notice: Being exposed to high temperatures, the charcoal chamber may become naturally worn after
several years in use. Replace it when necessary. For a spare charcoal chamber, contact your retailer of

not use in an enclosed space!
WARNING! Do not use alcohol and petrol for ignition or re-ignition. Use only for fi relighters in
accordance with EN 1860-3!
WARNING! Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

3-YEAR WARRANTY

A 3-year warranty period applies to this product from the date of purchase.
The warranty never covers defects:
- due to improper use incompatible with the Instructions for Use
- resulting from an impact, fall or mishandling
- due to unauthorised repairs of, or alterations to, the product.
