Place the stainless steel fat container into the grill body (Fig. 2) and attach the dish for fi relighter onto
the air inlet (Fig. 3).
Apply an approx. 1 cm wide strip of gel fi relighter into the dish for fi relighter (Fig. 4) and ignite it (Fig. 5).
Turn the fan control to the end right position. An activity light will go on and the fan will begin to operate.
Fill the charcoal chamber with approx. 200 g charcoal just below the upper rim, place it onto the dish with
the burning fi relighter (Fig. 6) and place the grate onto the grill (Fig. 7).
Place the cap of the charcoal chamber onto the removable centre of the grate (Fig. 8) and insert it into
the centre of the grate (Fig. 9).
The grill is ready to cook in just 5 minutes after the fi relighter is ignited.
Notice: Use exclusively gel fi relighters. Fuel the grill exclusively with charcoal – do not use any other
fuels such as grill briquettes, etc.!
Useful hint: We recommend using small charcoal lumps for grilling to enhance the effi ciency
of the grill.
GRILLING
Spread pieces of meat, fi sh, vegetables, etc. onto the grate and grill them as usual (Fig. 10).
If the grilling temperature is too high, turn the grill control to the left – this will reduce the output of the
fan and hence the temperature of the grill (Fig. 11). To increase the temperature of the grill, turn the fan
control to the right (Fig. 12).
To end grilling, switch off the fan – the activity light will go off . Leave the grill to cool down.

ADDING CHARCOAL

To add charcoal while grilling, push the food away from the centre of the grate to the sides (Fig. 13) and
switch off the fan. Press the tongs and place them into the centre of the removable part of the grate
(Fig. 14). Release the tongs, lift the central part of the grill together with the cap of the charcoal chamber
(Fig. 15) and set them aside into the handle of the grate (Fig. 16).
Pour the required quantity of charcoal into the open chamber (Fig. 17) and switch on the fan to its full
capacity. Return the removable centre of the grate with cap onto the grate.
