5. If you only want to toast one slice of bread or toast, lower the browning
level by one point to achieve the same result.
Special Function Buttons
The special function buttons do not work until the toast lever (5) is pressed
down. According to the function the control lamp goes on.
Button stops toasting before the preset time.
Defrost-Button can toast frozen bread or toast. The toasting process
will be automatically extended. Please note frozen bread requires
different toasting time than fresh or dry bread.
Reheat-Button reheats briefly bread or toast slices that have already
been toasted.
Crumb Tray
Pull out the crump tray (6) at the bottom of the toaster and remove crumbs
regularly.
Cleaning
Before cleaning, please pull the power plug and allow the unit to cool
down!
Use only a lightly moistened cloth to clean the housing. Do not use
aggressive chemicals or similar materials and avoid using metal or sharp
items to clean the unit, because they may damage the surfaces.
Protect the unit from dust and dirt and store it out of reach of children.
