2. tutti i danni causati dal trasporto (per i quali
risponde il vettore) pertanto si raccomanda
di controllare accuratamente la merce al mo-
mento del ricevimento, avvisando immedia-
tamente il rivenditore di ogni eventuale dan-
no, riportando l'annotazione sul documento
di trasporto e sulla copia che resta al traspor-
tatore.
Sono esclusi da garanzia tutti i particolari
soggetti a normale usura, tra cui:
Le guarnizioni, tutti i vetri ceramici, le lampade
ed i cavi elettrici.
Sono escluse da garanzia eventuali tarature o
regolazioni del prodotto in base al tipo di instal-
lazione.
Questa garanzia è valida solo per l'acquirente e
non può essere trasferita.
In caso di sostituzione di particolari la garanzia
non viene prolungata.
Per il periodo di inefficienza del prodotto non
viene riconosciuto alcun indennizzo.
Questa è l'unica garanzia valida e nessuno è au-
torizzato a fornirne altre in nome o per conto di
"Cuppone F.lli s.r.l.".
INTERVENTI IN GARANZIA
Qualora durante il periodo di garanzia compa-
iano difetti o si verifichino delle rotture, l'utente
deve rivolgersi con il documento fiscale ed il ta-
gliando allegato debitamente compilato, diretta-
mente al proprio rivenditore entro 2 mesi dalla
data in cui ha riscontrato il difetto.
In caso di reclamo motivato l'intervento in ga-
ranzia prevede la riparazione dell'apparecchio
senza alcun addebito come previsto dalla legge
in vigore.
FORO
Per qualsiasi controversia viene eletto come foro
competente quello di Treviso.

WARRANTY SERVICES
If during the warranty period defects appear or
breakage is verified, the user must contact his
reseller within 2 months of the date in which the
defect was discovered with a tax document.
In the case of a justified claim, the warranty
service includes equipment repair without any
charge as foreseen by current law.
FORUM
For any dispute, the competent court will be the
court of Treviso.

Produkts, unwirksamer und/oder nicht an-
gemessener Rauchfang und/oder weitere
Gründe, die nicht in Abhängigkeit zum Pro-
dukt stehen.
2. Alle Transportschäden (für die der Frachtfüh-
rer haftbar ist), daher wird geraten, die Ware
bei der Annahme sorgfältig zu prüfen und
den Verkäufer unverzüglich über jeden etwa-
igen Schaden zu unterrichten, sowie einen
Hinweis auf dem Transportdokument und
der Kopie, die beim Transporteur verbleibt,
zu vermerken.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind alle
Teile, die normalem Verschleiß unterliegen,
darunter:
Dichtungen, Keramikscheiben, Lampen und
Elektrokabel.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind etwaige
Eichungen oder Einstellungen am Produkt auf-
grund der Art der Installation.
Diese Garantie gilt nur für den Käufer und ist
nicht übertragbar.
Bei einem Austausch von Einzelteilen verlängert
sich die Garantie nicht.
Für einen Zeitraum, in dem das Gerät nicht be-
triebsbereit ist, wird keinerlei Entschädigung
anerkannt.
Dies ist die einzige gütige Garantie, niemand ist
autorisiert, im Namen und auf Rechnung von
"Cuppone F.lli s.r.l." andere Garantien zu verein-
baren.
GARANTIEEINGRIFFE
Wenn während der Garantiezeit Mängel auftre-
ten oder Beschädigungen sichtbar werden, muss
der Nutzer sich mit der Rechnung innerhalb von
2 Monaten nach bekannt werden des Mangels
direkt an seinen Wiederverkäufer wenden.
Bei einer begründeten Reklamation sieht der
Garantieeingriff eine kostenfreie Reparatur des
Geräts vor, wie von der geltenden Gesetzgebung
verlangt.
GERICHTSSTAND
Jede Streitigkeit fällt unter die Zuständigkeit des
Gerichts von Treviso.
