Cleaning

CAUTION
Possible damage to the non-stick coating by scratching!
The surface of the grill plates has a non-stick coating. Observe
the following instructions to avoid damage:
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal brushes,

nylon brushes or other objects that could scratch the surface
when cleaning the grill plates.
The appliance must be cleaned after each use.

Clean the appliance as soon as it has cooled down. Waiting
■
too long makes cleaning unnecessarily difficult.
Leftovers that stick to the the grill plates can burn into the

coating if not removed correctly

Remove the grill plates as described in the section

ing/inserting grill plates.
Wipe the grill plates with damp cloth or sponge and a little

washing-up liquid and then with a damp cloth without wash-
ing-up liquid.

Grill plates are not suitable for dishwashers.
In the case of stubborn stains, cleaning is easier if the
grill plates are soaked first.
