Warranty and Service
We provide a 3 year warranty covering faults in
materials or manufacture of the device from the
purchase date.
The warranty does not cover:
• Damages resulting from improper use.
• Wear parts.
• Defects the customer was aware of at the time
of purchase.
• Customer negligence.
This warranty does not affect the customer's legal
rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in
order for any warranty claims within the warranty
period to be honoured. Claims under the warranty
within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase
are honoured by

Repairs made under warranty do not extend the
warranty period. This also applies to parts replace-
ments. Complaints are often initiated by difficulties
encountered during use. Many of these complaints
can be resolved by telephone or email. Before filing
a claim with the manufacturer, please contact the
service point arranged for you.

Cleaning and Care
Use a damp cloth and if necessary a mild
detergent to remove stubborn dirt.
Disposal
The packaging is made of environmen-
tally friendly materials. Dispose of them
at your local recycling centre.
Please contact your local municipality or city
administration for information on how to dispose of
the worn out product.
