Replacing the bulb
The LED is a semiconductor element and must be operated with direct current only.

The LED must be inserted with the poles in the correct orientation for the LED to work
properly.
1. Unscrew the cap surrounding the bulb by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Pull the bulb out of the receptacle.
3. Carefully insert new bulb – Note the two contacts in the coupling.
4. Check if the LED works properly. (Possibly re-insert it after rotating 180° about ist
axis.)
5. Screw back the cap.
