Commissioning
Thoroughly flush the supply line before commissioning the JRG bypass mixing valve and the connec-
ted water treatment unit.
Observe the operating and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer of your water
treatment unit.
Adjustment of Untreated Water Addition
Adjusting the untreated water addition is the sole responsibility of the skilled person operating the
valve.

Adjust the untreated water addition (DN 25 - DN 50) applying a square
socket spanner ( 6 mm) at the top of the JRG bypass mixing valve.
Before you start with below procedure, make sure that the volume-
controlled untreated water addition (DN 40 and DN 50) is closed.
Turn the spanner anti-clockwise to increase the amount of the added
untreated water. Turn the spanner clockwise to decrease the amount
of the added untreated water. If you turn the spanner fully clockwise,
the untreated water addition is discontinued.
Adjusting the untreated water addition is the sole responsi-
bility of the skilled person operating the valve. Please observe
the local requirements and recommendations.
