SD card not
recognised.
No sound during
Bluetooth playback

Possible cause and solution
Formatting of the SD card might be
incorrect.
Please format the SD card to FAT 32.
Music file format might not
be supported.
Please ensure that the music files on
the SD card are saved in the following
format: MP3, WMV, WAV
Volume on BAS 2 is too low.
Please increase the volume.
Press the On/Off button briefly.
Press the RESET button on the device.
