Maintenance:

Basic machine: Follow the instructions in the cultivator manual.
Mount. plate: Needs to be leaned for dust after every 5th operating hour. This is done by dismounting
the plastic side sheet on the mounting plate, and then clean the V-belt pulley for dust
either with compressed air or a soft brush. Avoid damaging the grooves in the V-belt
pulley as the belt then will not operate properly.
Flex shaft: Needs to be lubricated according to the instructions written on the back of the spare
part list and in this manual.
Gear reduction: Needs to be cleaned for dust after every 5th operating hour. This is done by
dismounting the plastic cover and then clean the pulley and the V-belt for dust either
with compressed air or a soft brush. The pulley is made of aluminium so you have to be
careful when you clean it. Do not use wire brush.
Sweeper: The sweeper ALWAYS needs to be cleaned for clinging dirt. Wash the machine
frequently, and clean the brushes for various foreign bodies. The support wheels and
the forkbracket should frequently be lubricated with ordinary lubricating oil, so you are
able to work easy and without problems.
