General safety

 Do not operate the appliance if it is visibly damaged.
 Never fill water into the appliance when it is hot. Turn the
appliance off and leave it to cool down for approx. 10 min.
 Note that the hotplate remains hot for some time after turning
the appliance off.
 Do not touch the hotplate and surfaces in contact with hot
liquids.
 Avoid contact with hot steam produced during brewing.
 This appliance may only be repaired by qualified personnel.
Inadequate repairs may cause serious hazards.
Should your appliance need to be repaired, please contact
customer service.
 If the connection cable is damaged, you must replace it to avoid
