10.3 MIXING PAINT CANS
1) Insert the can on the Digital Hercules and lock it as indicated in chapter 10.2
2) Close the shutter door of the Digital Hercules.
3) Set the desire time using the keys
4) Push the keys
At the end of the stirring cycle, the mixing time remains memorized between cycles.
N.B. It is not possible to perform the mixing cycle at the maximum speed with cans which weighs more than 10Kg.

5) To stop the mixer during no-emergency situation press the STOP key.
Unless necessary, please do not use the emergency push button.
6) Pushing the emergency push button during the cycle, the display visualizes zero error "E-0"
N.B. After the emergency push button is pressed, please wait for the mixer to stop before starting a new operation.
7) When the mixing cycle is finished, remember to remove the can inside the basket
8) In case of malfunctioning of the mixer, on the display is it possible to visualize 2 errors messages:
"E-0" zero Error = Emergency push button pushed
"E-1" one Error = Shutter door open. Is it possible to visualize it when the operator push the keys
and the door is open
10.4 UNLOADING THE CAN
At the end of stirrer cycle, make this procedure to extract the can:
• Open completely the shutter door of the Digital Hercules (1)
• Unlock the can holder by pushing the button (2). The can holder will be free from the brake till the button is pressed
in (4).
• Turn in vertical position the can holder (3), then release the button (2).
• To extract the can, as indicated in chapter 10.2.
