1.6 Instructions for requesting assistance and replacement parts

To request any assistance and/or replacement parts contact your dealer, area importer or the nearest authorized
service center, clearly specifying the following: product model (in this case WIFI MODULE), date of purchase, list of
replacement parts and details of faults or malfunctioning. Consult the website www.ferroli.it to find the nearest
service center.
- Operations on components must be carried out by authorized and/or qualified personnel.
- Make sure all electrical connections are disconnected before carrying out any operation.
- Only use original replacement parts.

2 INSTALLATION

2.1 Connecting and positioning

The WIFI MODULE is suitable for operation in a domestic environment, covered by an active WIFI network and
connected to the Internet. It comes with two adhesive strips required for positioning and securing on a stable and
easy to access support. In having a maximum operating temperature of 40°C the WIFI MODULE must not be
placed in areas too exposed to heat or thermal radiation.
For heating units with a serial port (RS-232), the WIFI MODULE can be connected directly via the RS-232/CS serial
cable supplied in the box.
