Using the Accessory
1. To use the julienne blade, remove the blade and turn it
upside down. Insert the julienne blade into the grater
bode as far as it will go with the blade up.
2. If you want to use another blade, turn the julienne blade
upside down. The smooth side has to face up.
3. Before you insert fruits or vegetables into the food holder,
cut them in suitable sizes for better fitting. For cutting
bigger food, remove the food holder from the grater body.
Make sure not to touch the blade with your fingers while
cutting.
4. When inserting vegetables into the food holder
observe that the fibres are parallel to the cutting
direction. For cutting round slices of fruits or vegeta-
bles, place the food lengthwise into the food holder.
Cleaning and Storing
Before first use, clean all parts of the multi grater in warm soapy water and
rinse all parts thoroughly. Dry all parts well before using.
Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order not to damage the
surfaces.
To store the multi grater space savingly, place the
blades into the grater body. You will have all parts ready
available for next use.
When cutting fading food, like carrots or beetroot the
plastic parts of the appliance may become discoloured.
Clean these parts immediately with detergent.
Store the multi grater out of reach of children.
