Operation
Steam Burst
Some clothes can not be ironed, but a burst of steam will work wonders on them.
Position both the adjustable steam lever (A) and the temperature control dial (F)
on the OFF position and make sure the iron is not plugged in. Fill the unit as
described above.
Plug in the power plug and turn the temperature control dial (F) to MAX. Wait until
the indicator light (E) turns off. Put the clothes on a hanger and hold the sole
about 20 – 30 cm away from the surface. Push the steam burst button (C) and a
burst of steam will shoot forward from the steam vents. The steam will straighten
wrinkles and restore the item of clothing. If necessary, gently use a soft brush with
natural bristles to help the process. Always make sure that there is enough water
in the water tank.
Water Sprayer
On heavily wrinkled clothes and heavy fabrics it may be necessary to use the
water sprayer. Use the water spraying button (B) to spray water on the fabric from
the spray nozzle (H). You may have to pump several times before a sufficient
amount of water comes out.
Always make sure that there is enough water in the water tank.
Dry Ironing
The Iron can be used without water for dry ironing. For best results only use the
iron with an empty water tank for dry ironing. Set the steam control lever (A) to the
left position.
