Maintenance

We recommend running the motors in the height-adjustable
bracket to maximum positions at least once a week. I.e.:
raise and lower bracket to maximum to ensure internal parts
are lubricated.
Service
We recommend an annual inspection and service is
performed by the supplier.
Procedure for bracket with electric motor:
1: Remove flush buttons.
2: Remove toilet.
3: Remove the horizontal track and follow cleaning
instruction.

4: Remove front panel.
5: Check wall mountings and tighten if necessary.
6: Check all moving parts for wear.
7: Check wall mountings and tighten if necessary.
8: Check soil stack connections and soil pipe. Check and
clean water lock (if fitted).
9: Check all electrical connections to control box.
10: Test all systems.
11: Apply lubricant if required.
12: Carefully replace frame, front panel and toilet, securely
tighten all parts.
13: Write a report for the customer of any defects found.
Procedure for manual bracket:
1: Remove flush buttons.
2: Remove toilet.
3: Remove front panel.
4: Check wall mountings and tighten if necessary.
5: Check all moving parts for wear.
6: Check wall mountings and tighten if necessary.
7: Check soil stack connections and soil pipe. Check and
clean water lock (if fitted).
8: Apply lubricant if required.
9: Carefully replace frame, front panel and toilet, securely
tighten all parts.
10: Write a report for the customer of any defects found.
