Please check that the top cover is closed correctly. Make
sure that the machine is not directly under a bright light or
direct light falls through a headlight in the hopper area of
the machine, since the sensors are otherwise disturbed.

Solution
Please remove the banknote. If the value is
the same as the other notes, please check the
security features.
Please repeat the countable process with the
note, the banknote should be inserted in
another direction, if the security sign should
be partially damaged. If the note is also sorted
out furthermore as suspicious it concerns
perhaps counterfeit money or security signs
are damaged too strongly to be recognized.
Please examine the note / notes and smooth
them if necessary. Should these mistakes
appear increased please adjust the drawn in
pressure of the banknote by the adjustment
wheel on the rear side of the machine.
The dimensions of the note does not match
with the tested safety features. Please
consider the notes for kinks or damage.
There are more than 220 banknotes in the
stacker. Please remove the notes to continue
the counting.
Please remove the note from the stack to
avoid a jam and to prevent further damage to
the banknote.
