Congratulations on purchasing this product. Please read and follow these instructions, in order to avoid
damaging the item. We do not cover any damages that may arise from improper use of the item or the
disregard of the safety instructions.
1. The obligation to wear a helmet
This scooter may ONLY be ridden WITH A HELMET. After the Highway Code, a helmet is mandatory from
a speed of 20 kph.
2. License plates and road traffic
This scooter is subject to mandatory insurance and must have a license plate. The EEC (European Cer-
tificate of Conformity) approval rests with the scooter. This paper is to apply for a license plate at the
competent authorities.
The EEC approval applies only when operating with fixed seat. Having the seat permanently mounted is
mandatory. The operation in standing position is not permitted. The electric scooters can only be driven
by a single person.
3. Driving License
Persons from the age of 16 who are in possession of a moped or car driving license may ride this scooter.
4. Footpaths and cycle paths
The use on public bicycle and foot paths is not allowed.

in other European countries and Switzerland, check with the local authorities. All rights reserved. Please

This device is to be used for driving on roads within the scope of the Highway Code.
It is intended solely for this purpose and should only be used for this purpose. it must be used only in
the manner as described in this manual.
• The scooter is NOT intended for use on highways.
• Do not operate this scooter NOT on wet, frozen, oily or loose surfaces or under the influence of drugs
and / or alcohol. Avoid uneven surfaces, potholes, cracked surfaces and obstacles.
• Operation in bad weather conditions (rain, snow) is not recommended.
• The scooter is indeed rainproof, but can not be protected from seepage during operation in the rain.
Thus, rain can lead to short circuits in the electronics. Electronics damage caused by „riding in the
rain" are excluded from the guarantee.
• The scooter is NOT designed to jump or to perform risky maneuvers. Unsafe operating conditions of
this product can cause serious injury.
