centre (contact information on the back of the manual). To
allow the manufacturer to respond quickly and appropriately,
please provide the following details:

| Details of warranty extension, if applicable
| Brief description of the fault
| What does the LED indicators' fault report look like?
| What is the numeric code and which fault indicator is
shown in the display?
| Is the fault reproducible?
| Is the fault permanent or temporary?
| Was the inverter working properly before the fault?
| Information about the PV system such as solar module
type, circuitry, solar generator voltage
| How long is the mains cable and what is the cable cross-
section?
| What are the irradiation conditions?
