GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
24-month guarantee on defects in
The VIRAX 293230 cleaner-unclogger, comes with a
workmanship
:
It starts on the date of purchase, proof of which is given by the invoice or the
receipt.
The accessories do not come with a guarantee: Except for defects in workmanship.
The guarantee does not cover:
 Accidental damage caused to third persons.
 The normal wear of the components.
 Repetitive breakdowns due to dirty or unfiltered water.
 Damage caused by freezing.
 Improper use or carelessness.
 In any case, damage resulting from unusual use or running of the product.
The guarantee will be void in the following cases:
 Failure to obey the warnings given in the present manual and especially IN THE CASE OF
LACK OF MAINTENANCE (see preceeding page).
 Use of non-recommended or of non-original accessories.
 Repairs or handling on the internal parts of the product carried out by unauthorized third
persons (Pump; Motor; Electrical system).
The guarantee does not include:
 The cleaning of the operating components.
 The maintenance and care linked to the wear of the HP cleaner (see preceeding page).
In case of returning a guaranteed product to our workshops (with our prior permission), the
following will be asked:
 A proof of purchase of the device (invoice).
 That the device be returned complete (With all the accessories it originally came with, even if
they are damaged).
The accessories included (Gun; High pressure hose; Lances), which are not returned (even
damaged) with the guaranteed device WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
Noting the existence of damage does not automatically lead to the replacement of the device or
to the extension of its guarantee.
In case of refusal to take a damage under guarantee, the decision will be explained and backed
by an expert report carried out by a professional. The repairs will then be subject to an estimate.
Should this decision be contested, the owner of the device has the right to have a second
appraisal carried out and will bear the costs of the latter.
