special cooking modes

Press and release the desired cooking zone key
warm and chocolate melting.
Attention: the special cooking modes are only available on the right side of the hob.
Attention: boiling and frying cannot be selected simultaneously until after one beep is heard from the hob.
BOILING FUNCTION
By setting the boiling function, the water will boil and the hob will keep the temperature close to the boiling point.
Setting: press the desired cooking zone key
corresponding display shows [b.]. The hob will beep to indicate when the water has boiled and the water will then simmer.
FRYING FUNCTION
By setting the frying function, the hob will keep the oil temperature at around 160°C.
Setting: press the desired cooking zone key
corresponding display shows [F]. The hob will beep when the oil is ready for frying.
KEEP WARM FUNCTION
By setting the keep warm function, the hob will keep the food warm at around 50°C.
Setting: press the desired cooking zone key

CHOCOLATE MELTING FUNCTION
By setting the chocolate melting function, the hob will melt the chocolate at around 40°C.
