Guarantee conditions
The UV-c is covered by a 24-month guarantee that starts at the time of purchase.
Please retain the receipt of purchase as evidence of this date.
Damage to the UV-c unit occurring within the period of the guarantee caused by
production or material defects will either be repaired or replaced at no charge.
The UV-c lamp, quartz glass tube, normal wear and tear, running dry, scaling,
lack of maintenance, freezing, inexpert repairs and damage arising from misuse
are not covered by the guarantee agreement.
Alterations to the UV-c, including shortening the power supply cable, or snipping
off the plug, will cause the guarantee to become null and void. The supplier does
not accept responsibility for consequential damage arising from either failure or
misuse of the UV-c unit. Guarantee claims will only be entertained by providing
the dealer with the product along with the guarantee certificate and proof of
purchase.
