• Enfichez la fiche USB type B dans la douille sur la face arrière du Hub USB.
Le Hub USB devrait être immédiatement automatiquement reconnu par Windows
(PnP).
Suivez toutes les instructions de Windows, le cas échéant, l'installation de compo-
sants supplémentaires du système au départ du CD Windows est nécessaire.
Le Hub USB se trouve maintenant en mode "Bus-Powered". On pourra y raccorder
des appareils USB nécessitant respectivement au max. 100 mA de courant,
"Appareils USB Low-Power".
Des appareils USB nécessitant plus de 100 mA env. ne fonc-
tionnent pas ! Lors de l'utilisation de tels appareils, utilisez le bloc
d'alimentation à enficher joint, voir ci-dessous.
• Si vous souhaitez utiliser des appareils USB High-Power (il s'agira ici d'appareils
consommant plus de 100 mA de courant et au max. 500 mA), vous relierez le bloc
d'alimentation à enficher joint au Hub USB. Enfichez alors le bloc d'alimentation à
enficher dans une prise du secteur (230V/50Hz). Le Hub est maintenant en mode
Self-Powered. Les appareils USB Low-Power continuent naturellement à fonc-
tionner.
La commutation du mode Bus-Powered en mode Self-Powered est possible pen-
dant le fonctionnement, le Hub USB commute automatiquement.
6. Manipulation
Ne mettez jamais le Hub USB immédiatement en service lorsqu'il est passé d'une
ambiance froide dans une ambiance chaude. La condensation qui peut être provo-
quée peut détruire le produit sous certaines conditions.
Avant de connecter le Hub et d'enficher le bloc d'alimentation à enficher dans
la prise, laissez le Hub USB et le bloc d'alimentation à enficher d'abord prendre
la température ambiante de la pièce. Cela peut le cas échéant durer plusieurs
heures.
Veillez à ce que l'isolation de l'ensemble du produit ne vienne à être endommagée ou
détruite.
Par l'ouverture de recouvrements et/ou l'éloignement de composants (par ex. le cou-
vercle du boîtier), des éléments conducteurs peuvent être mis à découvert/à nu. Des

power-pack.
• If you want to use such High-Power-USB-devices (this are devices with a current
demand from 100mA to max. 500mA), you have to connect the power.pack with
the USB-Hub. Afterwards put the power-pack in a main voltage socket
(230V/50Hz). The USB-Hub is no in the Self-Powerd-Modus. Low-Power-USB-
devices does also function in this modus.
Exchange from Bus-Powered- to Self-Powered-Modus is while operating possi-
ble. The USB-Hub switches automatical.
6. Handling
Dont start operating of the device after you bring it from a cold room into a warm
room. The condensation water way damage you device. Wait, before you switch the
device on, until the device had the same temperature like the room. You have to wait
until the condensation water is evaporated.
Pay attention that the isolation of the product were not damaged!!
While opening the device or remove some parts, it can may happen that charged
items were released. Connection can also be charged. Before you connect the PC-
loudspeaker set, maintenance the device or change some items of the device, the
device must be separated from the main voltage and all other connections. A main-
tenance or a repair must be done by a specialist which have enough knowledge
(about VDE-0100, VDE0683,VDE0701).
Check the device before you use it.
If you see damages on the device, do not use it. There is a danger to health!!
Operating is only allowed in closed and dry rooms.
